Sorry, we are a retailer – we don’t sell at wholesale. However, we do support new dyers starting out by offering Quantity Discounts of up to 20% – please click here for more details. You don’t need to do anything to get this bulk pricing – just add yarns to your shopping cart to see your discount.
$20 is the default table rate shown when the cost estimating software doesn’t know your postal code. Please click “Estimate Shipping” in the shopping cart and fill in the information to get a quote.
To get Free Shipping, the subtotal of your order must be over $200 after the value of any discount is subtracted, and before taxes are added on. The store software will offer Free Shipping automatically when your order qualifies – you can add & subtract items in your shopping cart to see how it works.
We stand behind everything we sell – if you have an item that’s failed due to a manufacturing defect, we will make sure you get a replacement. Sometimes we are able to do that immediately from our own stock, sometimes we might have to get a distributor to send you a replacement (we will ask your permission to pass on your shipping info). We schedule our larger twice-yearly sales in advance so you can plan ahead. For the current year’s dates, use the link in the website footer or click here for “Scheduled Sales and Office Closures”. Folks tend to shop quickly as soon as the special pricing starts, so keep that in mind to avoid disappointment!
